Essentially mate yeah. My diet gets a little boring so I mix up the supps to add a bit of variety.

I have liquid egg whites that have been pasteurised, mix it with Ribena. Get over the texture and it's pretty nice

 

Ribena doesn't need to be thicker. Least refreshing drink on the planet.

 

You can use any concentrate. Eggs, water, bit of crushed ice. Sounds grim innit.
