I’d say the West Ham game seems the easiest at the moment. Could be anything that game. If we sneak a win could see sneaking another win v Bournemouth. But that’s it really. 0-6 points if Ralph is in charge for all the games. More likely 0 than 6.

West Ham (H) -L
Bournemouth (A) -L
Arsenal (H)- L
Palace (A)- D (they'll probably give Ralph another 5 games off of this result)
Newcastle (H)- L
Liverpool (A)-L

1 point at best

Regardless of who the opposition are, four points from two games is nothing to be sniffed at for us in the PL. So if we beat Bmouth, it becomes a good week.

But a draw makes it a poor week, and a defeat makes it a disaster. Would be an uphill struggle to get five points from these six games (which I think is a minimum) if we were to lose on Wednesday.

Agreed. My target from West Ham and Bournemouth was 4 points before kick off yesterday. So we're still on track for that, albeit with increased pressure on Wednesday night.

A draw is a disaster... at least for Ralph. Anything other than a Saints win on Wednesday and he should and I think will, be sacked.

I think he's gone after Arsenal, personally. I get the feeling they're sounding out replacements now, and that (barring the unlikely event of two comprehensive victories this week) it'll be done post the weekend.

I think even two 3-0 wins won’t save him. They are sensibly getting the correct man/woman lined up.

I think he is a dead man walking. Thankfully, it seems that SR aren’t knee jerk and are actually doing this with a bit of thought and getting the correct person in, rather than sack him and then see who is available.

Last time a SFC board did that Adkins went and that worked out ok.

Going to do a Sportato at some point today about the possible options. Or maybe just the top five, as I can't be arsed to write a book!
