We should beat Villa, as things stand. They are poor, we are on a good run. But Spurs being Spurs we are likely to lose to Villa within a few weeks of beating City.

There are a few of us that exchange pms and discuss Levy selling Peter Crouch, which effectively killed the power shift.

If Crouch had stayed, we know the power shift would have happened, but unfortunately we made a dreadful decision to sell Peter.

It wasn't that he "iced" Redknapp, that pissed me off, but the fact that he was on my TV screen, dancing around in his jock-strap.

Would anyone actually care to quote section 2 of the Defamation Act 1952?

Tobes reckons that the 2013 Act replaces the 1952 Act, but it doesn't. It repeals section 6 of the 1952 Act, but everything else, including section 2, remains in place.

This stuff is Libel Law 101.
