Would anyone actually care to quote section 2 of the Defamation Act 1952? Tobes reckons that the 2013 Act replaces the 1952 Act, but it doesn't. It repeals section 6 of the 1952 Act, but everything else, including section 2, remains in place. This stuff is Libel Law 101.
