Just because you don't want it to be true, doesn't mean it isn't true, Blueman.

I've had a real tough week, Schteeeeve. I managed to get a massive commercial development deal over the line, against all the odds. We were buying, but we were reliant on a sub-sale, and our sub-buyer's solicitor hadn't lined all his ducks up! I had to pull out all the stops to get the deal done, and not force my client to go into breach of contract.

That's the difference I make, see, and the reason why I'm in such high demand.

I deserve this break; I've earned it. I slipped into ASDA to pick up a bottle of Remy Martell, as a little treat. I'm good to myself, like that.

Anyway, as I said, be kind to one another, lads. Don't go winding one another up.
I very much doubt that you're capable of doing anything more taxing than a lease extension!

Section 42 resi, or are we talking a Deed of Variation on a commercial lease? Either is fairly basic stuff, to be fair. To someone who knows what they're doing, not you, of course.

I thought you were supposed to be at Butlins with no internet access HAIG ?

Nicely googled. If only you'd taken the time before your 106 debacle!

I refer to Piskie's post!

I've nipped out to a very nice hill top hotel that I know, in the Merc AMG. I'm typing this on the iPhone.

Glad to see there's no wumming going on.

I watched the secret life of Walter Mitty on the flight back from Los Angeles yesterday. It reminded me of somebody on here HIAG.
Can you guess who ?

Hows that North London power shift going HAIG ?

The power is certainly shifting from WHL to Upton Park and as for Arsenal, well top of the league tells everybody that it aint' shifting to the spuds <ok>

Tottenham Hotspur

  • Spurs are enjoying the longest current unbeaten run in the division - it's nine games without defeat since losing to Man United on the opening weekend of the season.
  • They have only conceded four goals in their last seven league games, keeping four clean sheets in the process.

I've lifted these stats from the BBC Football website.

We are, clearly, the in-form side in the Prem, and ought to be challenging for the title, in the New Year.

Discuss, please.

Yep, apparently you and Liverpool if you go read their board. Is it that time in the annual cycle? <whistle>

Leicester have only lost 2 out of their last 20 PL games! That's form.

What are your stats for last 20 PL games
