And in the next match someone will be full stretch on the ground with his foot 2m offside and will be given onside because his head ovelaps the body of the last defender.

Just judge on head and body ... foot or arm alone doesn't count ... nowt will be absolutely perfect other than abolishing offside rule altogether ...

Yes mate ... it's all relative but I played in what is now the Spartan South Midlands league during my late 20s ... so a fair standard with paid officials.

Fcuking Hell!
<laugh>

The lads are going to have a field day with this latest claim!

Rag doll away, lads!

Happy to oblige Quents .... thing is fella, I only state facts ... no inflated claims of high achievements, education or Quidditch ... just straight answers to questions asked

... and if by 'lads' you mean my little fan club on here, I thought even you might have realised by now ... I don't give a flying <laugh>

On the offside I'd go for clear daylight on head and body ... ignore limbs ... benefit to the attacker... that should lend itself to a quick assessment

In handball I'd go 'hand to bal' ... still open to interpretation but better than the current situation whereby an attacker can be penalised but a defender excused for any contact however unintentional
So Umbongos deliberate handball in Madrid would have escaped punishment then?
