Its not too difficult for Ehab to plan ahead. He must properly knew Silva was leaving shortly after the Sunderland result. He knew he made a mess last summer and will want to avoid doing it again. I wouldn't be surprised if he has a short-list already and it may even be a short list of one.
If we have a short-list of one expect an announcement within days of Silva saying goodbye.
Whilst we have confusion over our name, no concessions and falling attendances we'll never be a well run club.
Unfortunately, based on Ehab's history and his planning acuity, I wouldn't be surprised if his short-list isn't one man shorter than this.
Only when the one turns up for the interview and Ehab tells him the terms and conditions, the one will say no thanks i'm better off staying on the dole.

As stupid as the Allams are, they are not complete idiots when it comes to business, they will know been in Premier league is the way to get their asking price. They will know they need to have a manager, coaching staff, and recruitment plan in place before June 30th to avoid the situation last year.
Seeing what MS did, how he did it, and what he needed, I am sure they will do the necessary.
I expect a young hungry manager, either from lower leagues who has built a club, or more likely, and overseas manager with his own staff and a development plan

He was asked for a short list and inadvertently put an advert out for applicants under 5' in height.
