If it's any consolation guys, there are plenty on our board who think we're mad to continue splashing the cash when we look as good as down.
It would appear that the QPR board have decided to gamble more of their money in order to try to stay up and reap the huge financial rewards that staying in the Premier League this season will bring.
I've always liked Newcastle and I hope we both stay up this season (I'm sure you will!).

Bold strategy indeed! Being an F1 fan as well, it seems to me Fernandes throws a lot of money at problems almost as a default. Considering Harry has been in that job a short while, maybe he's not the right man to trust with a sizable war booty with a limited time for scouting. If it works out, you'd have to hope it's not costly in the long-term, assuming he will be on ridiculous wages.

Of course, it's all conjecture, he might be a secret QPR fan and asking for 10p a week <whistle>

Well that's very original of you.

I'm well trained in the art of being an NUFC mate very well trained.

The rollercoaster is on the downward bit again.

I suspect foul play is involved in the last minute twist given it's Harry involved and I'm sure the agents have got a nice backhander .

It's a gamble that's for sure. I think our board have seen the improvement under Harry after that twat Hughes and have decided to go for it. Time will tell.

Good luck fellas! If you do pull off the signing, hope he's one we have to pen threads about being worth massive wages in the future, lord knows you've seen enough **** on high money this year! Happy New Year <ok>

SKY SOURCES: Marseille striker Loic Remy to have a medical for QPR tomorrow #SSN

Ah well.

Lads, I feel you have dodged a bullet with Remy. You have suffered for years with mercenaries and you are a much bigger club than QPR, much bigger fan base, bigger history and better players. If he chooses QPR then he is a mercenary, end of.

QPR are where they are now by signing players who are solely there for the money and you would have thought they had learned their lesson, obviously not.

Remember the Maiga thing and then boom we got Cisse? Here comes Ronaldo

pppffft my arse we will end up signing nobody just like I said when Ba left.

Very gracious of you <ok><smooch>

I think most of our fan base will be philosophical about this as long as we have a contingency... We probably need a CB more anyway at the moment.

About time you were promoted to Honorary Badger Safc83 <badger> (Yeah, I ran out of rep <wah>)
