Didn't notice any comments about Shane Long's dummy miscue, the other night. When I saw it on last night's League Cup Show, the commentator was taken in by it and thought he'd genuinely missed the ball. Does look well done, but the pass is perfectly weighted.

Also, there was a point where the Millwall keeper saves well from Pelle and Long grins and makes a photo snapping sign to him. Anyone notice that..?

Yes, apparently they are old mates from the ROI team and Long was suggesting it was a save for the cameras. On the "dummy" pass I'm afraid I'm still not convinced it wasn't a complete miskick! If he meant it it was a thing of beauty and genius, though.

How many tickets will Saints get? I've booked time off work in anticipation of getting a ticket.

A mate at work who is an arsenal season ticket holder says we could get 6,000.....
Will we sell all them if it is? I wouldn't mind going...

Last 2 seasons prices have been very reasonable for Arsenal away in the league - so hopefully even cheaper for the Cup?!

In the past Arsenal have been known to sell League cup tickets for £10 (someone on the Arsenal forum also mentioned it). As its a premier league vs premier league tie I'd expect them to be a little higher than that so £20 perhaps? At that price I'd expect us to take around 2/3000, at a tenner we could easily take 4000.

I'm sure he meant it, because the foot he dummied with wasn't even shaped properly...never meant to hit the ball, but purely to distract.

OK, on the ROI connection. I like it that Long plays with a smile as well.
I agree with Fran, he meant it alright. Even his balance was such that he was fine. If he'd have meant to hit it with his right foot he would have been badly crossed up having not connected. He just did the dummy really, really well.
