..... of favourites but the endless whinging, petitions, articles, penalty analysing and general meltdown is gradually forcing it up the rankings.
The Newcastle supporters can't seem to comprehend that no one but them cares.

Yes, they had more shots blah blah blah, yes Cattermole should've been booked, yes things in football matches aren't always fair and sometimes there are debatable decisions ......... but, for the millionth time, we couldn't care less <doh>

If a forum like this was running when Shearer was in his pomp then rest assured that we would have been plagued by them hammering us on our forum, it was bad enough after the 1-5, in fact the carp I got from my nephew after that result I have not spoken too him since (family or not he crossed a line which I am unable to forgive).
It is what it is and if they cannot get their heads around what happened on Sunday then f--k them.

They're desperately trying to pretend it hasn't destroyed them and keep saying it over & over & over <laugh>

In 40 odd years of support I've never seen anything like this.

I'm from Washington, anyone who knows it knows it just about 50/50 when it comes to us and the skunks. The only time there's no bother on derby is if they get the result. I've mentioned on here before my brother is a mag and I can see the change in him, he's had a lifetime (30) of their dominance and has always took things to far with the footy always been happy as a clam the rub anything football related in any mackems face. So imagine the joy I take from seeing anger, confusion, disbelief, despair, delusion and anger again on his face at the smallest mentioned of our proud recent record. As one of them gadgies said on Dad's army "they don't like it up 'em"

This one`s at the top of my list purely because of the effect. They`ve gone potty.

It`s amazing how Colo has gone overnight from being absolute ****e to the best in the prem. It seems he would have prevented our other two goals and scored a hattrick at the other end. That would have been 3-0 to them because if he`d been on the pitch, Elliot would have probably have palmed the penalty away and he would have cleared it. They seem to be into that kind of logic atm.

I think Sam has been remarkably reserved. Getting the first win was great but, considering the history, that must have felt sooo good.

The thing is, they`re not in denial. They`re way past that. They`ve gone right through denial and are now in refusal.

That, for me, wins it and they`re not finished yet by a long way..

Their one hope for the rest of this season will be to not lose to us next March, but we will have sacked Sam by then and it will be tne new manager's second game so nowt to worry about there. But they will be bottom of the league by twenty points and the fight back to survival will start then.

And that's the truth ........ they're absolutely desperate.

The thing is smug, if they don`t win the next one they`ll be suicidal. If they do win we`ve still got the shrug of the shoulders and the "It had to happen sometime" answer which is perfectly true but will take all the edge off it anyway.

The difference is we can say we don`t care and mean it. The damage is done. The most they can achieve is "stopping the rot"

There`s plenty of goading to be had even if they do win. <devil>

Best one yet for me. The mags have helped make it that way. Twitter is a delight. That and knowing I'll probably be long gone dead before they ever break the record.

Number 6 is A Perfect Number

The Pythagoreans acknowledged number 6 to be the first perfect number.

In mathematics a perfect number is when all the numbers divisors (excluding the number itself) are added, the sum equals the number itself. 1+2+3=6

In addition when including the number itself and dividing by two the result is the number itself. (1+2+3+6)/2 = 6

Perfect numbers are rare... :emoticon-0148-yes:

That, and the 600th anniversary of Agincourt, was the first thing that came into my mind at the final whistle <laugh>
