Not sure we have this season have we? Certainly not compared to previous seasons. I think we just have a hopelessly imbalanced squad. I remember posting after the transfer window that 4 centre backs wasn't sufficient (especially with Dawson's recent injury record). Some suggested we'd be ok as Clark has played a lot of his career there.

We have 8 first team players out at the moment, most of which have missed and still will miss a large and very important part of the season. I'd class that as unfortunate.
 
I was hoping Mazuch would get his chance this weekend. What I have seen of him he is a better defender than Hector, but Leo has been sticking with Hector as he is better on the ball coming out of defence. Frankly with us shipping goals, Mazuch and Dawson at the back might have been a better pairing defence wise, and bring a bit of stability to proceedings.

Name them!!!

ps. I certainly wouldn't say Moses and Mason were unfortunate in terms of our present predicament because it was very clear they wouldn't be available during the transfer window.

I don’t have to name them, they’re on page 1.
You don’t think it’s unfortunate that neither one is available for selection? Wish I was that positive.

Regards Hector, i just wonder if that one of the terms of his loan deal is that he picked on a regular basis.

Ok, hadn't realised mods are keeping it upto date. I did initially think we were relatively injury free at the moment, but 8 is a lot. I've got use to not having the three longer terms and suspect Abel will be off before he has time to get proper match fit. And still stand by the fact that they knew about these four injuries before the end of the window and had time to plan replacements and also plan a balanced squad which would cover other to be expected injuries.
 
Bad timing with Mazuch's injury although the plus point with Tomori is that he's already had game time so he won't be going in cold
