BTW for Frenchie: There are wild boar all over. I was awakened this morning by a pack of dogs barking at a family of boars who were snacking in the campus. The people just leave them be....
 
Interesting saga just unfolded here...

just had another massive lunch.... curry of course...and fancied a coffee so thought i would walk across to the Snacky Bar - al you could dream of cafe. So I wander across. I wait at the window called place your order only here and notice that a massive group is standing by the window marked delivery only. After several minutes I realised that i was not going to place my order at the place your order only here so join the melee at the delivery only window. Being a sahib I am hustled to the front and order hot coffee please The lady says no hot coffee only cold coffee . I smile to myself and walk away. A discussion ensues and a man appears you want coffee we have coffee or cold coffee no hot coffee I shrug and walk on away from the cafe. Then another man appears and comes up to meyou want hot coffee ok I settle down for the 10 minute wait. After 8 minutes a thought crystallises in my brain... well it is 38 degrees folks give me a chance. I go up to the counter to say please no sugar..... too late... the lady appears triumphant with my hot coffee on a tray with a straw and a cocktail umbrella.... They all stand and watch as I take a sip..... of course it has sugar in it and I am diabetic and it has more sugar than you would ever want. They smile and nod... I smile and mutter appreciatively. I manage a little stroll away from the smiling crowd after several mouthfuls... round the corner and pour it away quickly..... I return the cup.... Good sir?.... I smile...Tomorrow and next day i have ready for you sir.. just the same.

I have hammed it up a bit but you get the drift...

Sso when do i get my next decent coffee ???

I want to thank the BBC moderators for cutting the Hornet’s Nest in the 17th version because of copyright infringement. Their problem was the pub sign linked to from the article title and we have used for long time. This was designed created and given to the Nest by Hilaireous a Crystal Palace fan in a gesture of friendship.
I have no way to ask the moderators quietly why they did this because the notificating email has “do not reply on it”. We have used this picture for over one year and their action now is strange.

I'll have a hot chocolate (preferably Twinings Swiss Chocolate Drink) with 5 marshmallows placed on the top and allowed to stand for 4 minutes before serving. Thanks akureyri.

I am absolutely loving the atmosphere surrounding Watford FC at the moment. It is great!! There is such a great feeling for the remainder of the season. Although I still think promotion would be a bit too soon, I would absolutely love it if we got into the top 6 and got to the play-off final again.

So proud to be a Watford FC fan at the moment.

You can't beat a hot good quality hot chocolate. I am not fussy, I just go mental if I don't get what I have specifically asked for

As for being hooked, I am!! I have a problem!! I used to spend most of my life re-loading 606 in vain hope that someone may have replied to topic. Now, I no longer have to wait for 25 minutes for a topic to be updated. It's instant!! It's like an instant hit!! I LOVE NOT 606

Hmmm, I have to dispute the "instant chocolate" branding. A good hot chocolate requires time, patience, an appreciation of top quality culinary delights. Although I may be using a powdered hot chocolate mix, it takes time to prepare, mature and consume.

You can't rush a hot chocolate.

So, my age?
 
Well you failed to respond to "instant Karma" which rules you right out of the oldies club but hot chocolate (unless you meant the pop group and you would need an "oldie" badge for that) suggests you are not still in your 20's so I will place you at somewhere in your 30's :)
