Yep Gregs a baker <ok> but the one I mentioned was showing in the panel below as people on-line and I did not remember a "yellow-greg" on our boards - but perhaps he has only viewed rather than posted so far

Seems like another "resignation" this morning. Smoke signals from bandit country this morning tell us that the smelly ones have departed with their latest manager. Fingers crossed this will lead to a freefall down the non-league and they miss out on the play-off's. Ha, ha onwards and downwards you filthy animals...

We do not need a census the Þjóðskrá was made in 1952 and everyone is on that, we get the kennitala from that and we are registered for elections as well.

Þjóðskrá is the national register and kennitala is national identification number. Even non-Íslendingar are given kennitölur when they register.

Leonardo - Fortunately yes I do!

Goodbye early starts; insanely expensive, over crowded, delayed, stuffy, soulless commute to the depths of Westminster.

Hello 8am alarm, 15 minute drive to Garston!

I am pursuing a career as a writer!

Ak - the census here is not just about adding up all the numbers - but poking the government's nose into our lifestyle, where we live, religion, jobs etc

The thing is with roundabouts...is that most 17 year olds take weeks to 'get' them. Just for fun sometimes i take them to Hemel to introduce them to the magic roundabout, that's always good for a laugh lol. But, it does take a while for most of them to get to grips and i'm always ready with my brake just in case!

i think i'd get quite frustrated driving in India Yorkshire ;).

BBW - congrats! (since you seem very happy about it :) ) and good luck!

Cool BBW Nice one ,I`m sure you`ll make it work!
Hornette yep can we borrow the Hemel magic roundabout please........It would be so funny to watch the noggie splay with it! There would be mass carnage !
Never thought of a roundabout as a weepon of mass destruction before!!!

Another lovely sunny afternoon...but some duller days ahead according to our regional weather forecast. Never mind, the grass is cut, the seeds are planted and the kettle's boiling. No doubt the best bit of this gardening business is sitting in with a View attachment 1589

I tried to read all 84 pages of the offer document after a morning in French glass and an afternoon on the soil.

    View attachment 1610 is needed.
