Stand down...turned it off now as eating.

A lovely home made bolognese with Pavarotti in the background (Questa o quella at the moment) and a lovely Barolo. Actually as close to the feeling of winning the cup final in May that I can create.

Unfortunately now I have 'La donna e mobile' playing and all i can hear in my head are the words "Paolo Di Canio"....

Owner more interested in rugby. Cheaper to make them good than the football team. Invested quite heavily probably about a decade ago in the playing side (David James signed on big wages) but didn’t work out and been more prudent on the playing side since.

Has invested in the infrastructure though so should breed some success you’d think. City the size of Bristol should’ve had more success on the football front but is what it is

My Bristol City supporting mate tells me his plan is to produce a sporting club. He has been working hard trying to get them a new ground but has had to content with repositioning and rebuilding the ground on the present site.

I suspect that is not going to be a popular opinion.
You are definitely correct there but who cares about popularity? For the récord, I would love to see Nigel Adkins get success again. Even winning a play-off final at the expense of You Know Who, because PFC would struggle in the Championship with the current squad. And the owners would be unlikely to lavish a few millions in upgrading the squad.
