Let me know a convenient date.
Mon, Wed and Fridays (or Sundays, but ideally in the garden as they often have bang average / crap live music in the bar from 3 p.m.) are best for me with my medical commitments on the other weekdays.
This Friday is possible (as long as it's not raining). I could get the 11.10 stagecoach, which gets into West Runton around 12.30.

Trump initially tagged the wrong account - a Megan Rapino with only two followers -
before deleting the thread and re-tagging the US star's actual account. <doh> <yikes> <doh>

Why doesn't he just stick to reopening hostilities with Iran, relaxing U.S laws on poaching / importing ivory and allowing the reintroduction of pesticides which are proven to decimate bees. <doh>

Christ, just imagine if Boris Johnson is elected - a complete buffoon
on either side of the pond! God help us (and those bees).

Good for you Megan, stick to your guns <ok>

One positive of Boris becoming the next PM is it should finally kill off the Tory Party for several years!

Sorry, off topic and totally random, but **** like this makes my blood boil <grr>
Why was the dog owner not made to pay full compensation to the farmer for vets bills, and all incidental expenses, as her dogs were 100% responsible. These token 'slap on the wrist don't let it happen again' type penalties are ****ing derisory and not representative of the damage that's been caused - never mind the psychological harm the poor sheep owner must have gone through - and it's hard to put a price on that. Sickening in the extreme.

The dogs were later destroyed and their owner, 36-year-old Howie Miller, of Oast House Barn in Alderford, pleaded guilty to being the owner of a dog worrying :emoticon-0112-wonde livestock (since when does 'worrying' equate to mauling 33 animals to an excruciating and painful death) and was ordered by Norwich magistrates to pay a fine of £400 :emoticon-0119-puke: and compensation of £600 :emoticon-0119-puke: .
Mrs Dacre described the penalty as an "insult to the farming community", falling far short of her estimated £4,543 cost for veterinary bills, disposal costs and replacement animals.

Not sure if I've mentioned the fact that a pair of peregrine falcons have adopted Cromer church and successfully raised 3 chicks. The chicks are developing fast and often stand on top of the tower flapping their wings vigorously in readiness for their 'maiden voyage'.
Well, yesterday, just after 1 p.m., one of the males jumped from one stone fleur-de-lys to another but lost his footing on landing...and fell off.
So those assembled & watching were treated to the first ever circuit of the church tower by 'one of our own' <ok>
He landed safely again soon afterwards but to witness the moment was just awesome.
Cue a spontaneous and generous round of applause from street level!
The church made circa £10k last year from charging £4 to climb the tower and take photos / look out from the top.
The tower remains closed this year due to the birds being there - no idea how they propose to make up the shortfall.
