Just rung the NNUH hospital re a dermatology appointment for which I've been referred already by my GP due to intense, 24/7 head to toe itching. 12 week waiting list to even be offered an appointment which could be a further month or so.
I flippantly said, 'there'll be no point in mid-March, as I won't exist, I'll have scratched myself into smithereens by then.' Which is not far from the truth.
Aged mother said she'd pay for a private appt, she reckons £150-200 but as money talks I will / would be seen a hell of a lot quicker.
Look after your kidneys peeps, this f***ing dialysis caper is not recommended one little bit!
(Mine was hereditary, my old man had polycystic kidneys, as do I, my bruv and sis <grr>)
 
Over the past few years I have been ridiculed for having friends in Sunderland. I have just received a message from cyprussyd offering to drive down from Sunderland on Sunday and take me to Weston General on Monday and stay with me for support throughout my day.

I just hope that that shows you just what a good friend he is <cheers>

Random stuff but help appreciated <ok>

To all my boozy friends! Any idea where I can locate (in the UK, most I've seen on ebay / Amazon are from the USA) a 'fizz-keeper' to keep some bubbles in tonic etc after it's been opened? It just screws into the bottle top & you pump the air out till the next time you need to pour yourself a stiffie!
Thanks in advance for any help.

Try what again!? The unlucky variables were Insane! I’ve tossed them aside every day. The fact the handle stuck in the grass, it opened of its own accord, and the sharpest bit was poking up, and I moved my foot to the side.
