WTF is this all about!? I use to live near this area, and use to go up and down that road all the time. I'vebeen saying for years, peoples driving is getting insanely worse, but this is f**king mental.

I know it's still horrific.Horrendous news from Westminster!!!!
But again, I think we have gotten away lightly. We have had scares, and the underground one was bad. I've been expecting a massive attack for a few years, and It is horrible news today, but I think he have limited it well again. Compared to what has happened on other countries.
Surely it's all about the motive and beliefs behind it all, rather than notches on the bedpost?

I think both nations security services are far better. Both nations also have far greater boarder control. The US though is so ridiculously easy to get a gun it is surprising there's not a few more incidents.

I watch Youtube a lot, and have people I watch every video of. This lad, I only found a few weeks ago. Only resonantly found out he is based in Norwich!
His videos are so funny, but this one is a serious one after the terrorist attack.
One of the main reasons I'm sharing this, is that he got a message from Youtube to say they denied him a video that would make money, because of it's content. (about terrorism). In the video he says that any money he makes from the video he will donate to the police trust charity. after the death of the police officer. He asks his viewers to donate to it too.
Because of youtubes stance, I'm sure this video would make less money for the charity than he hoped/expected.
I don't want that to be a thing that can happen. Please give, if you feel able.

Don't worry guys I didn't get killed today .
The only people that use Westminster Bridge are Romanian 3 cups and a ball scam artists and tourists taking selfies.
I've f-ed my lower back yesterday, was very sore yesterday, and today it keeps twinging so my knees give, and can barely stand up straight or bend. I have my whole family over today for a mothers day BBQ. I bought some Back pain tablets, and a deep heat back patch. Took 2 tabs, and had the back patch on for about an hour and a half. It's not helped the pain at all.
Any tips on crippling back pain? It's central, and right at the base of the back. I've got to cook and entertain for 14 people in 2 hours time.

The only thing that beases my back npain is Tramadol. Guess what? I'm fecking allergic to it!

Family here in half an hour and I can barley walk. There is no position sitting, standing or laying down that isn't painful. Taken 4 back pain tablets. Took off the deep heat patch because it's done nothing.
