But where should paying for your own stupidity start and finish? Mountain rescue, for changeable conditions? Or perhaps for an injury? How about when playing rugby of football? Break an ankle, you know the risks, surely you must pay for the ambulance, perhaps the treatment too!

Bah!

IMO, stupidity in not reading/knowing the tide times - they are clearly displayed!!!!

Ricky van Wolfswinkel suffered a head knock in the game last week vs. LASK and after tests, a brain aneurysm unrelated to the knock he received, was discovered. He will be out of action for several months as he undergoes treatment.

Same old,same old.
Lack of affordable council housing,goes all the way back to Tories "right to buy" polcy.
Selling off council housing on the cheap was a Tory scheme to convince "property owners" they now had to vote Tory ,to protect their wealth.
To make matters worth,Thatcher and her cronies then restricted Councils from spending the additional income to build new housing,and was used to prop up the lower grants to Councils from the Govt.
Utter and completely scandalous,but typical Tory

Alfie Hewett and Andy Lapthorne won two US Open titles apiece, sealing both the singles and doubles crowns in their respective divisions in New York.

Hewett, 21, retained his wheelchair singles title, beating Frenchman Stephane Houdet 7-6 (11-9) 7-6 (7-5) before winning the doubles title with fellow Briton Gordon Reid.

Good old Norfolk boy.
