This was me at midday today. Third of five treatments on one of the
new style ultra powerful and accurate linear accelerator (LINAC) machines
delivering intensive treatment to the tumour and minimising collateral damage to healthy cells.
Twice in six years, though - somebody up there doesn't like me much!
Just thought I'd let you guys know in case I post rubbish, or duplicate stuff already uploaded.
Roll on spring, when the side effects will have hopefully subsided somewhat <ok>

My new treatment involves chemo heated to 43C then pumped round the bladder for an hour

Because it is straight into the bladder, there are no side effects.

    Lucky me eh?

    Comparatively, yes ;)
I didn't post my last looking for the sympathy vote, it's just that I
may ramble / post in the wrong thread / etc and wanted peeps to understand why <ok>
I'm a tough old bird, I'll bounce back from it - as I did in 2013.
Good luck with your treatment C.D.

All the best with the treatment gents. Sounds like some impressive new techniques, albeit I've no doubt it's still a worry and a pain in the backside (not literally hopefully). Keep up the posts @Cromercanary .

    Jesus.

Liam Neeson is blowing up Twitter at the moment. Anyone seen the video or seen quotes of the interview?

Some sort of general race attack feeling for a rape of a friend?

    Sounds mad!

Flood defences costing almost £70m at Ipswich will protect 1,600 homes and 400 businesses over the next century,
A £67m barrier is at the heart of the scheme, unveiled in Ipswich by Floods Minister Therese Coffey.
The Environment Agency paid for 80% of the project, which will defend the town from tidal surges up the River Orwell.

    What a waste of money<smooch>
