Not yet it isn't, they don't vote until tomorrow.

It needs 51% of Championship clubs and 51% of the League One/Two clubs to support it for it to be passed.

The Championship clubs will universally support it, the lower league clubs won't give a **** and will need to be convinced.
 
I don't see why the clubs will vote for it, what do they gain?

For some strange reason the football League have announced 6 opening day fixtures a day early. Extremely pointless and they claim its to celebrate 125 years, I dont see how announcing things day early celebrates anything

Championship: Burnley v Bolton, Derby v Blackburn
League One: Preston v Wolves, Sheffield United v Notts County
League Two: Newport v Accrington, Rochdale v Hartlepool

Spain will take it easy - probably make quite a lot of changes and win 5 or 6 nil. Although they could make it a total embarrassment I don't think they will

I think Spain wil treat it like a kick around in the park. They will need to win by at least 5 and then they take the piss abit and just keep the ball

I reckon possestion will end something like 90% in Spain favour
