I saw one article where Jamie Vardy was called Mr. Leicester City. Surely after recent events this is Kasper Schmeichel. Wes is club captain and fair enough but I think its obvious who the real leader in the team is. We have Gary Lineker and Emile Heskey as sort of club ambassadors in the media and I can see Kasper going on and joining them should he choose to do so.

I’ve seen people suggest Kasper as future manager material for us. I’d take that, I really would. If he stays around, does his qualifications and works his way up. I actually think he should be captain anyway. He and Vardy have led the way this week and Wes hasn’t been heard from. Might be unfair as I don’t know what happens in private I guess

Morgan spoke yesterday. The players have said before Morgan isnt a vocal leader. He leads by example. I said before yesterday we needed his experience yesterday and Claude Puel agreed. Its going to be a hard week again and we need as many leaders on the pitch as we can

Some reports Steve Walsh is to return here. Alot of rumours Eduardo Murcia (current head of recruitment) is off

Walsh would be a great coup. Didnt do to well at Everton but superb for us. Tunchev, Mahrez, Knockaert, Kante, Fuchs, Okazaki, Mendy amongst his finds for us

I like Iheanacho but he frustrates me. Silva is a waste of time
IMO Silva is a better option than playing Ndidi and Mendy together. If we could thin out that area and get someone new altogether who can break forwards and create even better. Ndidi and Mendy give us nothing attack wise. But yeah it’ll be Kramaric over again particularly with Iheanacho

Silva isnt suited to the prem. Physcially he isnt upto it and he doesnt move the ball fast enough

He doesnt ever try to make things happen either. Just content with knocking it sideways all game. Pointless

This time last year he was being seen as our savior after his transfer delays. How times change

Whikst I agree... Silva is diabolical and old
Hardly old, he’s in his prime age wise. He has never been given a run at all with us especially given how we cocked up his transfer. He needs to move on for his own good but he is certainly not beneath us. No offence to you Ed but many people who wrote off the likes of Silva and Iheanacho calling them **** would also have binned Mahrez off for being lightweight and not strong enough for the English league and would have left Vardy rotting on the bench as he was a rip off, non league player

Mahrez was 22 when we signed him and you could see he was a class act from day 1. Adrien Silva hasnt settled and wants to go back to Sporting according to reports

He hasnt looked like the player we hoped or expected and if we can get anywhere near our money back I would let him go

I don’t disagree with the second paragraph there. Not settling doesn’t mean a bad player but yes if he wants to leave and we can recoup let him. I doubt we’ll attract better pedigree though
