There's a few people who've tweeted about it, but no-one of any great standing, so it probably is rubbish. The discussion's here if anyone's interested... http://www.northstandchat.com/showthread.php?252037-Beckford I came across it by accident, having Googled something that was nothing to do with Beckford or Brighton.
£2m would be ok for him i guess, would prefer £2.5m Would much prefer it if he stayed and found his scoring boots though
http://www1.skysports.com/football/news/11661/7979708/ How they can resist £20m for Fletcher and Jarvis (IMO, two average/below average PL players) is beyond me.
Agreed. Both decent players but I would of thought 5M for each of them would have been more then fair
He didn't have a great season last year, but the guy got 80 goals in 185 games from Peterborough - that's hardly ****, even if it was predominately at a lower level. A move may get him going again, in fact a move would be good for both Beckford and CMS - but I can't see Beckford wanting to play for a small club like Brighton.
CMS has proven he can't cut it at this level. I wouldn't want us to swap him with someone who had a bad season last year. Beckford is far superior in value, It would be a waste to swap him.
http://www.skybluestalk.co.uk/threads/19104-Jimmy-Bullard somebody should tell em..if your in a hole.. stop fookin digging......
Blackburns owners are becoming even more farcical by the day. http://www.skysports.com/video/inline/0,,16428_7982524,00.html http://www.skysports.com/video/inline/0,26691,16428_7983801,00.html
Thank god Top isnt like them "Morten Gamst Pedersen was playing like he was 3 years younger under Sam Allardyce" Maybe because it was about 3 years ago you muppet
Found that entire interview quite upsetting tbh- if you clearly don't rate the guy then why continue to employ him? I don't particularly rate Steve Kean as a manager but to completely slam him and one of the current players like that is ridiculous- clear popularity point scoring from the owners. Also knows absolutely nothing about football- a winger doesn't have to be all about pace, what about possibly two of the greatest wide men to grace the game in the modern era- Ryan Giggs and David Beckham. Neither particularly fast but great delivery. Personally think Pedersen does have good delivery, I'd probably take him!
Giggs used to be quick. He has re invented his game. On the Ronaldo thing yes he will lose some pace but he will still be quick and he still will have his trickery
That guy's a ****. I can't believe the Blackburn fans cheered when he said they would sack Keane regardless if he lost 3 on the trott. I'd walk if I were him.
