Not sure they've realised the real issue is tooled up gangs from Russia and their own country, not alcohol. (Although I will readily admit it can be a contributory factor in people's reactions)
I love the fact the Welsh and Norn Iron have qualified and I really want them to do well, however..... The commentators for both teams' games have been embarrassingly biased. The times in this game that there is a clear foul or decision that goes against them, the "local" guest commentator claims it was wrong. Same in Wales' game. I want them both to do well, but please don't keep that up.
Even if he'd gone, he'd have had his head turned the moment he felt the hairs in his neck stand up upon hearing "La Marseillaise" and he'd have been asking for a transfer to France by the quarter finals.
For anyone watching this game, BBC 5live reporting that we're pursuing Bartosz Kaputska (19 YO Polish CM). On February 16th of this year, we watched Cracovia (his team), took notes on him. He scored in the 3rd minute and our scout left after he was subbed.
Not that we have a chance of getting him now but Kyrchowiak has looked good, but also given the ball away a fair few times.
