And I pointed out that growth was higher before the 2008 crash. I never claimed that there had been no growth.

I accept that not all leave voters are bigoted little Englanders. But the fact remains that they were the ones that swung the vote and gave leave the advantage.

And if this going to represent your posting style, I.e. Spouting crap about things you have limited knowledge of, don't be surprised when people bite back!....

I'll give you a clue. When you and Steven were having Your little spat about driverless cars, I and several other posters stayed out of it. Why? Because it's not our subject and we would most probably not be able to add anything constructive.

Perhaps you could learn something?....

Making a few assumptions there Spain....

It was your claim that there had been no growth (can't remember the exact words and can't be arsed to look back), however as said a number of times, whether it was your intention or not, the statement was incorrect.
You and others have continually made disparaging remarks about those who chose to vote leave. Please provide conclusive evidence that those "bigoted little englanders" swung the vote.
My knowledge on finance is limited beyond my own needs, I have conceded that point, but do you not see comments such "spouting crap" is neither helpful or factually correct. Sometimes even the experts can get things wrong. The trouble with you is you will keep trying to present opinion as fact, and get upset when others don't buy into your views. When challenged today, you had a little hissy fit and remarked along the lines of "I can't be bothered with this", I might have been out of order, with the "well **** of then" and I will apologise for that.
Finally, yes I do have a different opinion on driverless vehicles than Steven and even today there is a article on the BBC website around it being decades before UBER will be in a position to roll out driverless vehicles. The difference is that I said I would be happy to apologise if I got in wrong. In my opinion cryogenic energy will be the next big break through area.

Oh aye, all the reports show it's in fine fettle. :emoticon-0105-wink:
I never said it was in fine fettle wooden top.I stated a simple fact and then gave an opinion, you ought to try it sometime, as opposed to making snide comments and failing to pass comment on the actual subject matter.

I think it'll serve them right if they keep Moyes stumpy.
So no comment on the actual story then. Just yet more deflection, diversion and adding **** all to the discussion.

A load of waffle about **** all. Surprise, surprise!

When you find any of these imaginary claims that I made, let me know, eh?

Happy hunting! Although you're wasting your time as your wrong!

I did earlier on, but it's probably lost among your drivel.

So you mentioned the money to show it wasn't in fine fettle. Killer point that one stumpy. :emoticon-0105-wink:

Says the man who felt the need to jump in and protect Spain when he was doing OK by himself.

As said before, not bothered whether my posts are liked on not. If I want unconditional love and approval, I will buy a dog.

I certainly don't need to be protected from you, by Tobes nor anybody else.

I'm quite comfortable batting your nonsense into the crowd...

I wasn't protecting anyone you childish fool. I was merely highlighting your hypocrisy

That was the story on the top of the page. You maybe couldn't see it from down there stumpy.

As diversions go, that was a **** one even by your piss poor standards wee man.

The next time you bat anything will be the first...

You seem to get very angry, very quickly? I would have thought as a "top dog" trader you would be able to handle a bit of pressure easier than you appear.

It's vast asset portfolio puts its current issues into context Wooden top.

i realise this fact doesn't sit with your preferred narrative, hence the sarcasm and deflection.

On the driverless car topic, I was looking at why they don't pursue it more for trains, which would seem to lend themselves to it more, particularly on freight routes, and it seemed to be suggesting that, in the UK, there were issues with problems in tunnel breakdowns, and fears of a few people, be they unions or others, ending up with a lot of power to hold them to ransom.

Does that seem right? If so, is it insurmountable?

You haven't proved your point because you can't.

However, I've proved mine. You're ****ing clueless!

You really are getting more desperate as the day goes on;
The economy comment = fact
The scared little englanders = fact
Opinion as fact (the lag effect, along with many others) = fact
Swung the vote = fact
And that's just today, shall I go on? It's all there in black and white!

It would make sense to me, if public transport was able to take advantage of it, but I'm only interested because of the engineering challenges.
What the future in terms of a transport policy looks like, I have no idea.

I'm laughing, pal. You're a ****ing joke, like your halfwit new pal, Dull.

You make all sorts of claims about what I supposedly said then when I ask you to support any of them, you can't.
