They aren't stalling tactics. People have legitimate concerns about what Brexit will mean and don't trust May to deliver the best possible Brexit. If she had just been left to it she'd be pressing ahead with hard Brexit. Brexit will and should happen but why have an issue with people expressing what they feel the priority should be? You don't seem to have any issue with those who prioritise reducing immigration.

So who will offer the best Brexit deal then?

Clearly, the best thing all round is for the remoaners to stop their stalling tactics, that are only delaying the inevitable as all sides agree we're leaving, and let the negotiations begin.

The demands for certain conditions are meaningless waffle. We're not the only side involved in the negotiations.

If by stalling tactics, you really mean ensuring that our parliamentary democracy is upheld, then maybe you should be aiming that accusation at the Govt, who could have put this to the vote months ago and saved themselves the trouble. They've wasted yet more time by appealing the High Court's ruling.

The demands are that Parliament is consulted on the Govt's aims for Brexit, which is completely correct, as so far all we've had is contradiction from within their ranks and "Brexit means Brexit". May and her cronies have no mandate whatsoever on what Brexit should actually look like, and therefore can't merely deliver what they like.

Why do say that about immigration? My view has been clear, that unlike the remainers, I want the borders to be open equally to all people, not just the favoured 7%.

Which ignores the fact that there are other parties involved in the negotiations. It's a stalling tactic.

Yes, I appreciate that you want it to be equally difficult for everyone. In spite of that you say we should let May get on with it but only criticise one group.

Thats the problem, we have to accept EU people, so that limits who else we can allow in, as we dont have the infrastructure to huge numbers that we have now

If they're all unskilled, as you're implying, we still need the skilled people for the skilled roles. It's a myth that we just hit a number for immigrants in a year and suddenly a highly skilled person can't get in. Look at football for an exceptionally basic example.

I understand what you are saying, but we get far to many unskilled EU people coming here, stop them and only allow skilled people in and everyone would be happy

People will do what they always do when the economy tanks; they'll blame immigrants and poor people.

The annoying thing about this is that the poor buy it and accept it.
Rich bankers **** up the economy? The solution is to cut everything, sell it all of to rich bankers and cut their tax bills.

Who would do the unskilled jobs? There aren't enough exisiting unemployed people and they aren't all going to be in the right locations.

Plenty of unemployed lazy sods that must be forced to work, benefits must be made harder to get for the lazy gits. That will do for a start, then when that is exhausted, you can allow unskilled people in, where needed on a limited work visa.

Remember that Daily Mail story that Pete posted the other day about isolate Muslims?

Oh look, it's bullshit. What a shock.
They've retracted it with a tiny little section in the paper, which many people won't even see.
The same story is still on The Express and The Sun's websites, too.

I'm glad you agree that it has been made difficult for 93% of the world in order to benefit the fortunate 7% in the EU.

Hopefully we can correct this divisivness once we're free of the shackles.

What percentage of unemployed people are lazy sods that are avoiding work?
