So the comment from one in that piece that the Eastern Euopeans just come over here to "drink and make noise, and how do they afford to live? Benefits of course" isn't xenophobic bollocks then?

Get back in your box Sarge.

Pure selfishness, from what I read into it. As I say, they should be ashamed of themselves.

So they vote as they see it opening up the borders to a wider section of the world, and you see that as selfish. Okey doke.

It is selfish. It's 'I'm alright Jack'. Simple as...you can try to read whatever else you like into the excuses given. The overwhelming message that comes across is, 'I'm alright, **** em'

I see they were gutted when the pound tanked though.....

They'd seemingly not considered that outcome, despite being told it'd happen.

Also interesting that the Brtish born South Asians were pro Remain, which backs NSIS's point about self interest. A seeming jealousy towards the EU immigrants who didn't have the issue of visa's and permits to contend with.

**** who? Surely if that were true, they'd be pushing for the EU border controls, not pointing out how the current regime discriminates against people from their homeland.

I see the latest poll results that asked the question which way would you vote if the referendum was re-run, has Leave and Remain tied on 44%.

Which follows on from the Sunderland poll this week which saw a reverse in public opinion

Bregret is starting to gather momentum as the populous slowly start to realise the reality of what Brexit will deliver, and it isn't the utopia that they were sold.

Cost me money? **** that I'm out <doh>

But there would still be immigration. Leave opens up the gates to a wider selection of the world, which includes their brethren.

That's not the point I'm making, Kustard. In the early 1970's a crazy Ugandan dictator, called Idi Amin, kicked all the Asians out of Uganda. They were given short notice to leave, mostly with nothing more than the clothes they were wearing.

The UK took most of these people in. Gave them refuge and a new life. One of those immigrants is now allegedly Britain's richest man.

For those people, if indeed some of them are, to now try and deny other desperate people the haven they were given, is shameful.

Indeed we did, but we have also taken many from other African counties that are in civil war.
