This elected East Hull councillor refers to us as Hull ****ty in his Tweets. (Yeah, I know..too many tweets make a ...)

1) Are there any other towns or cities in the UK which have local paid councillors who despise/ridicule their local team?

2) Is it any wonder this city has been held back for so long when brain dead dross like this get a platform to announce their idiocy ?

If you'd just put up the comment, without an opinion on this **** job he'd done as Councillor, I wouldn't have had to close it.

It's not the first time either. I remember after we lost away at Barnsley in 2013 when a win would have promoted us, the Lord Mayor at the time tweeted how Hull City had let the City down or something. A few people on here wrote to him to put him right. We were promoted the following week anyway.
