However, it is also reported that Ozil is prepared to play the long game at Arsenal and outlast manager Unai Emery at the club. (Star)

Top sources, must be true.

Out-of-favour Arsenal midfielder Mesut Ozil, 31, is open to a move to the MLS, with DC United linked with the former Germany international. (Bleacher Report via MLS official website)

I can't see there being any truth to this, as Woezil has consistently made it clear that he intends to see out his contract with Arsenal, bleeding them dry, before leaving for nothing to reap one last bumper pay day.

Painful reading.

It's good to see Wenger ripping into his old club.

Out of interest, who was it that brought Frere Xhaka to Arsenal?

Arsenal boss Unai Emery admits he "does not know" if former captain Granit Xhaka will play for the club again.

(BBC Football website headline)

<laugh>
Does Emery know whether or not he, himself, will still be at the club, next season!

Fat Frank vs Rolypoly Poch... who lasts longest as manager.

Winner chooses avatar for loser?

Ah, that’s what you meant. I thought you had lost it, there, for a moment.

Alas! No more wagers for me. I’m done with all of that. My two outstanding wagers with Pixie shall be my last.

Arsenal manager Unai Emery will be given the next six games to prove he is still the man for the job at Emirates Stadium. (Standard)

Quite frankly, I'm surprised he's been given that long.

Our Emery/ Poch one and the outstanding month you still owe me, glad you've finally admitted that there are two outstanding bets. Good man <ok>
