Durham have basically been ****ed by the ECB. In fairness I don't think they were likely to bid for any more tests anyway but as I understand it they got into debt fulfilling the commitments imposing on them by the ECB when they became a first class county.Seems a bit strange that they are given a rescue package , then told they cannot hold test matches ?
