Probably because that's completely untrue. You've been pulled up repeatedly for your 'Modric for £40m' claims though, yet you're still repeating them.
I think there's a line between banter and outright wummery, it just seems that some people's threshold for getting their knickers in a twist is pretty low. It does make me laugh though to hear people saying that I'm the one getting wound up, then accusing me of winding them up. So anyway, back on Topic. Far from being wound up by Bale, I've been enjoying seeing some of his play, he is a truly exceptional player. I just happen to think that his good form and massive profile makes him even more of a target for a big club this summer, that's not wumming, that's just a simple observation
It's also extremely obvious and probably doesn't need to be repeated endlessly. Players that play well consistently will be targeted for transfers. Those that do so in an eye-catching fashion will attract more attention. I don't think that there's anyone on this forum that's not aware of that. If Wilshere plays well consistently, for example, then I'm sure that a club like Man City, who have money and are lacking in his position, will be interested in signing him. Do I feel the need to repeatedly state this on the Arsenal board? Of course not.
Do you know why I am on the Arsenal board PISKIE? Because of the amount of time you spend on the Spurs board on the wind up. I had hardly been over there but when I finally did arrive the low level of comments was too much to resist. No, it's down to you to deal with your incorrect assumptions that I'm wound up by Bale I just explained that I hugely admire him as a player, but that it's a fairly common observation that he is attracting interest from the big clubs
When did I say that I was uncomfortable talking about a transfer for Bale? I said that Real were clearly making moves for him months ago. I was pointing out that you've been posting about him almost exclusively for days, to the point of obsession. You're either upset by him or you fancy him. I'm not sure which.
