We are defo playing better away from home than at Fratton Park, which is rather frustrating to put it mildly. Mind you, Saints had a tricky time at home to Stoke City yesterday. Evenin' Woopert - The sewing machine should get Channon in a lather super quick - well the 2015 downunder tour is nearing its end - basically an eatathon and drinkathon - not a drop of rain has been felt and the sun has shone every day - a very nice dinner outside under the harbour bridge on sunday 15 metres from the harbour made all the better with a 135,000 ton Royal Caribbean cruise ship leaving circular quay whilst we dined. Our lot seem to be in a bit of a slump at the mo whilst yours whilst frustrating the home supporters is still up there and look to be a good chance of the playoffs at the very least - would be nice to beat Liverhampton tomorrow with Lallana scoring an own goal and Lovren being sent off - hopefully dreams do come true - visitors not looking forward to returning on Saturday they will certainly miss the heat - cheers ATB

Greetings Woopert - Life returns to normal visitors returned home arriving on a Sunday afternoon around 4 misty rain and dark - oh dear. Now back to decorating again prior to having the boards polished next Monday. How did Liverhampton give us a touch up midweek then travel to Newcastle and lose what with Stoke beating City and Bournemouth beating Chelseas whats going on - what odds those three clubs not scoring last weekend still happy days your guys won - notice you missed the Saturday predictions which is a shame I feel that not posting the thread till Saturday morning is not fair on those who have other commitments and cant sit around waiting till match day - Thursday would be good or Friday at the latest anyhow it is what it is - has the walking now ceased as its winter ? - ATB

Hey Anti - hope you had an enjoyable Christmas. Roast turkey dinner on the beach ?! We have daughter, son-in-law and 20 month old grandson with us until Tuesday, when I have to go back to work. He is full of fun, and never ending energy from 7 am in the moning when he wakes up, until 7 pm in the evening when he goes to bed, keeping us all entertained. I presume you have been with your son and/or daughter for the festivities ?
We came a cropper away to Orient yesterday, and couldn't quite snatch a draw. Resounding win for your lot against the gunners - didn't see that coming. We are at home to Luton tomorrow, with only one fit and available centre back to call upon. When we play away to Ipswich in the FA Cup early January we will have no centre halves available, as Ipswich won't let us cup tie young Matthew Clarke who is on loan to us <doh>

Hey Anti - Happy New Year to you and your family. Back to work now <grr>. Weather not too good, with lots of rain, but not nearly as bad as they are suffering up North, with serious flooding. I expect you are still basking in the sun ! FA Cup 3rd. Round this coming weekend which should be interesting. We are away to Championship side Ipswich who are playing quite well at the moment. Saints decline in form is a worry so where did that 4-0 pumping of Arse come from who knows - a tie with Bournemouth beckons for you and by all accounts the replay is winnable. Watford tomorrow night is getting to be a must win otherwise we are in a fight we don't need. I see the Green irritant has raised his head and tried to get the "going Down' thread resurrected and with our form he might succeed well SB3 will certainly play ball - speaking of which hope he sent PL and PM to the effect his outrage was tongue in cheek and he meant no harm only he will know - good luck in the replay ATB.

Greetings Woopert - Darts night and the word plump springs to mind. It will be a bit of fun which has been lacking as my Dad goes downhill pretty quickly in fact the doctor that came yesterday for a home visit replied when I said see you next week "maybe I hope so". Our form on the pitch has been sporadic and therefore puzzling but CA at 4 mill was indeed a bargain and hopefully it will give us a good run in. Poor old SB3 will be looking like Billy Bunter with that intake of humble pie.
Hope the wind and rain eases so you can enjoy your cup tie - hot again today and I am truly looking forward to cooler days I can rule 40 degree days out of my life and with humidity its becomes a nightmare - well its Friday morning here and we await the prediction league I think I will put my hand up to do it next season as its sometimes too late posting he has done it by Tuesday but that is not the norm obviously I don't know his situation but will stick the digit up next season - good luck against the near neighbours ATB.

Evenin' Woopert - What a very quiet board it is - no match day thread - no discussion of said game - everyone cant of hibernated because I am seeing above average temps - wet but mild - Darts was a bigger disappointment than normal as I had left mine at home and had to use club ones which resulted in hard hats for everyone and some hiding under tables as the aim was not repeat not the best. My Dad is now in hospital as we search for some respite care he is lucid but very frail - Got my new passport and resident re-entry visa all done and arrival is on 31/7 and departure on 22/8 so a week with my bro week on the road week with my sister then back again all very quick - the family want to go to England for Christmas 2016 me I want to come home for Christmas 2016 I know I'll just go to the money tree at the bottom of the garden pick some and its all sorted - could be a goer though - another 30 degree humid day awaits - ATB

G'day Woopert - gathered you were somewhat miffed - even the guys who do the prediction thread don't all comment on match days and after its a good job me and thee keep it ticking along. On a sombre note lost my Dad last Friday after his battle with lymphoma it was peaceful and he was sedated around 9am and slept then till the end at 3.15pm he was ready and we were ready to let him go he wasn't living just existing. When I phoned my brother to tell him he informed me he had been diagnosed with possible myeloma which again is a cancer of the blood and didn't want to tell me because of what was going on with my Dad - Jeeeez!!!!
We are on a good run at the moment and you gave the Rovers a touch up and it sounded by your report it could have been more - lots to do at the mo organising etc etc ATB
