Excellent marketing campaign by the makers of Celebrations. They got all sorts of flak last year for having Bounty as the first advent chocolate (meant to be the worst one apparently) so they upped the stakes and deliberately put Bounty in day one and two.

And the result? Twitter is over-run with people talking about Celebrations. All that free advertising, winner winner Turkey dinner!

All true. Bounty on 1st day of Advent last year, same again this year but they upped the beel by putting another Bounty on the second day.

Stoopids are claiming "Christmas is ruined!" because their chocolate wasn't to their liking two days on the trot.

First world problems. Back in my day you opened the advent calendar and there were no sweets or chocolates, we had to do with pictures instead. Jizzy cocks, gaping ars.eholes, double fisting and that. Well, the ones from Uncle Roger at least.

Anyone going to a Christmas market this year?

I'm planning on Nottingham and Norwich. They are normally pretty tacky, but going to them has become a bit of a tradition.

Keep me posted.

Where's the Norwich Christmas market, as in where in Norwich, don't say "Norwich"?
I like Norwich market very much, wonderful selection of ethnic takeaways there.

I would be guessing but I think the Christmas market won't be open on Christmas Day. I am sure one of our 12 fingered chums from East Anglia could confirm.
