I stopped smoking 4 years ago, I used one of those metal chimneys. Now I’m a metal chimney ****er and probably will be forever more.
I stopped about 10 years ago. Went from 30 a day to nowt. It was a bastard at the start but, as others say, it gets easier. Remember, if you never have another one then you've cracked it! Sounds daft but it worked for me.

Lincoln Christmas market for me and mrs red top, there all day Sunday and then a night in the town centre premier inn, nick the tea bags, soap and anything else that's not tied down next day... perfect ****ing Sunday really ..... **** just remembered, that walk up the ****ing hill is a bastard.... bummer, hopefully will still have a bit of energy when we get back to the hotel....
Finished all of my Christmas shopping today. I think there's something wrong with me, I normally am still buying stuff up to the 24th.
Don't have to do any shopping. I'm ignoring it. But, as I don't want to spoil anyone else's Christmas will accept their presents, eat whatever the better half puts on the table and force myself to have a few, actually a lot, of drinks to give an appearance of conviviality.
