Now here's a man who knows his sprouts <ok>

I'm not sure if you are complimenting me or taking the piss but either would be appropriate. My step-father always reckoned that sprouts were better if picked when there was a frost so they'd be ****ing brilliant if I could pick them this morning as it's -33c but feels like -42c with the wind.

Ha ha. Definitely complimenting TC, sprouts should be kept cold and frosty. Minus 33c? **** that...

I hope youve got a ticket for the lotto TC?

I have one for last night's Lotto Max - $65 million if it's won and I'll probably have a dabble today on the 649 although I'm doing well if I get one number. That said, if I were to win a lump of money, I'd head west until this weather moderates. What makes it worse is my son texting me photos of his family on the beach in bloody Mexico.

Three of my six kids (one from England) and their families are coming to join us in our Winter Wonderland this year. Its going to be a real traditional English-style Christmas...beautiful big tree cut from the property...big fat goose (Canadian) plus duck and ham and all the trimmings...English Christmas Pud....Sherry trifle....Croft's sherry...etc. Life is good. Just need City to win a few and move up!!!

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to all.!!!
