Best thing about having kids mate you dont have to go out to the outlaws. Its just getting rid of guests who have outstayed their welcome thats your problem now.

As a public service anyone buying a real tree, home Bargains on Anlaby Rd have 6 footers for 12 quid. Excellent price.

We learnt early in to **** off visiting in Xmas Day when you've got kids. It's not fair ion the little ****ers.

This Demerara rum is a bit special but also a bit pricey.

I am no connoisseur. It'd still be gone in a couple of hours, so totally would be wasted on me Son in law like to think he is though, if he likes Black Seal, is it a given that he'll like this, or the others mentioned?

Christmas at home, like always. Mum in law and my daughters will all be round Christmas then Boxing day its the girls again plus my mam and dad.

Next weekend is a long standing meet up with old mates.

Wife's got the tree up and decorated the new (old) house up a treat, like she always does.

Christmas cake is mine to sort, I made it, I soak it and I'll marzipan then white choccy it. That gets eaten with cheddar too.

****ing love Christmas me.

Note for Lambo: Those Homey slippers are STILL ****ing ace. Give your mate a thanks from me when you see him.

Nice one my daughter and cousin live in the centre.
Some good old pubs up there.

It's a mixed bunch of guys from all corners and all seasoned (hic) drinkers, we know the best haunts and hope to find others. Your daughter lives in a fun city. <ok>

My missus got a Serrano Ham in a box from Aldi, it's the size of a small pig. Hope it's nice, I'll be eating it until Easter.

Serrano ham is awesome stuff - had a taste of the proper stuff when I was on the bike in Northern Spain last year ...... it was pure porky goodness!!

Visiting family in Hull between 27th - 31st, so I can see us play Everton at the KC. Do you think I'll be able to get a ticket?

My wife is a professional musician, of the classical variety, and is booked solid through midnight Mass on 12/24. Our Christmas celebrating commences Christmas day. We will be hosting my in-laws and a family visiting from Brazil. I'll be cooking turkey with all the trimmings and gooseberry pie. On or about the 28th we'll drive 10 hours to Missouri to visit my mother for a few days over the New Years holiday. The day after we return I fly out to Las Vegas to start the work year at the Consumer Electronics Show. I hate Vegas but love CES.
