Leven ? North ? ****'s sake SSK, you haven't a ****in skooby <doh>

Venom, I live near the metropolis of Muir of Ord , and can look out over the not black peninsula <ok>

<laugh> Muir of Ord isn't bad actually. I've done a few jobs at Glen Ord Maltings and stayed in the Ord Arms a few times. Decent grub in there.

The only ****e thing is being close to Maryburgh. Junkies Playground that it is. Bit like Invergordon and Alness (Invergordon is a ****-hole but Alness makes it look like Bel Air)

I swear to God I saw a shoeless child eat a satsuma out a bin in Milnafua once.

One of my mates was a teacher at either Invergordon or Alness, and he used to make home brew in the chem lab <laugh>

<laugh> <laugh> If it was Invergordon I'll know him. If it was Alness my mum will she's been the Family Liason Officer there since 1996

Entrapemnt: In Scotland the main authority is the case of Browns v. HMA which stated that entrapment will occur when law enforcement officials cause an offence to be committed which would not have occurred had it not been for their involvement. The remedies available correspond with those in England and are considered to be either a plea in bar of trial or a challenge to the admissibility of evidence obtained through entrapment.
