Please refer to our "Are you a Geordie" thread and my previous comments regarding my platinum and diamond spoons :emoticon-0102-bigsm

You keep referring to the deal being turned down by "Boris and his cronies" but there were 600+ votes and 2/3rds rejected it so over half of the MP's rejected it and as you have pointed out not even half of MP's are Tories so I'm not sure your math is adding up.

As WP correctly keeps saying I'm a bit bored of the people who didn't vote the same way as me, telling me I didn't know what I voted for. The other thing I don't think remoaners take in to account is, and I highly doubt, if we had voted to remain there would be any of this crying and name calling that there is from the remain side from the leavers had it not gone our way. Yes there are a few more intangibles on this side of the result but I do think it is worth reamainers considering what the shoe would have been like on the other foot.

This is just another fallacy being peddled by project fear. Its suddenly been turned into Boris and the ERG rejected the deal. I could have sworn there was widespread condemnation of the deal

Its just laughable. I'm sure its hardening the leave vote eventually when they realise certain remainers (the remoaners) will say absolutely anything to stop brexit.

Boris did vote for Mays deal. Twice I believe.

The only group who has not voted for a single thing has been the Lib Dems. Who have rejected everything, literally everything.

Now Labour are playing catch up because the Libs are out polling them.

To be fair to the Li Dems, they were honest about what they were doing: opposing Brexit because they (like I) think it is a very bad decision which resulted from a pretty bad process.

you along with 48% of the others that voted mate.

Not technically correct at all.

Getting involved in a bit of a side issue, but why not technically correct ? It was a Leave motivated murder (by an unrepresentative nut job). If an ardent remainer murdered BoJo to prevent brexit, that would be (at least in my estimation) a remain murder. it wouldn't matter how crazy the perpetrator was.

If what you mean is that it is unfair to equate leave voters generally with Jo Cox's murderer, then point taken. Obviously, not all leavers are brexit motivated murderers. Nonetheless, at the moment the only brexit motivated murderer has been a leaver.

The guy was a fan of the KKK, Hitler, and the Norwegian nutter who killed 60 kids on a gun rampage so we'll call him a general nutty **** and forget you remainers are trying to tar us all with the same brush...

From the wiki page: Mair had links to British and American far-right political groups including the neo-fascistNational Front (NF), the United States-based neo-Nazi organization National Vanguard (the successor to the defunct National Alliance) and the English Defence League (EDL); he had attended far-right gatherings and purchased publications from the National Vanguard and other outlets,[1][22][23][24] to some of which he had sent letters and expressed support for South Africanapartheid.[25][26][1] In his home were found Nazi regalia, far-right books,[20][27][27] and information on the construction of bombs.[1][24] He had searched the internet for information about the British National Party (BNP), South African apartheid, the Ku Klux Klan, prominent Jewish people, matricide,[20][27]white supremacism/nationalism, Nazism/Nazi Party, SS/Waffen SS, Israel, mass shootings, serial killers, Frazier Glenn Miller Jr., William Hague, Ian Gow (another assassinated MP),[1] and Norwegian far-right terrorist Anders Behring Breivik (about whose case he collected newspaper clippings). He also owned Nazi iconography and books and films related to the Nazis.[28] A police official described Mair as a "loner in the truest sense of the word... who never held down a job, never had a girlfriend [and] never [had] any friends".[1]The Guardian said that he "appears to have fantasised about killing a 'collaborator' for more than 17 years, drawing inspiration from" David Copeland.[1]

I think this clearly shows Brexit, while it probably had some part to play, was not his only fixation and the guy was a ****ing froot-loop.

I made the point several times that he was both unrepresentative and crazy. No attempt to tar anybody with him. Not saying that the 17.4 are crazy murderers, just that this particular crazy murderer was one of the 17.4.
