Sounds good, we like package deals after last years £50million for Lambert, Lallana and Lovren
Thank You Based God.

Well in that case then money and history are all that matter at all then, and because Liverpool are ahead of Saints in both we are ****ed
Plus, if it's only money and history, and we take that out of the equation, Liverpool had an awful team, had by all accounts an awful season, got battered on a number of occasions, yet finished above us, beat us twice, and got guaranteed Europa. They were never more than a win above us, and won only two of their last eight games (against Newcastle and QPR, who every team would have beaten), yet we still finished below them. It's been said before in this thread, but Liverpool are more attractive simply on the fact they will definitely be playing European competition next season. I imagine I would sign for Saints if I was a non-Saints supporting player faced with that choice - wouldn't even blink, and a much more exciting and rewarding journey taking a team into the unknown, as a disrupter - but who knows?
This season was our moment to strike...let's hope that Liverpool and Spurs are still sorting themselves out next season.

Could Sorensen be worth a shout? Or is he not good enough anymore?
Patience is a characteristic that develops with age. The older you get, the longer you are prepared to wait for your desires to come to fruition. Expecting the likes of Clyne or Morgan to hang around at Saints to see our project through when there are far more lucrative offers available is a little naive really. These are young men who have a reasonably limited time to accrue their pots of gold. I'm in my 40s now and have taken an absolutely huge hit on my income over the last few years in order to set up my own business. Time will tell whether or not I was right to do so but I know for sure that if you'd offered to double my wage when I was a 20 something, I wouldn't have waited a day to make my mind up, let alone two years. Both players, particularly Morgan, have served us well. Does it really matter where they end up provided the club is suitably recompensed?
#F***OffLiverpoolIf he ends up there then fair play at least they are in the CL. I'm am not worried if he doesn't come here.
Poor Bristol.Bristol City interested in Cody Cropper (Daily Mail).
Fact or opinion?I think given Arsenal's rather surprisingly good season, Wenger will bring in some experience this summer. Being linked with the likes of Ikay Gundogan of Dortmund for example.
He will bring in two huge names I predict.
Arsenal are the only team in the top 4 I could see Schneiderlin going to, however, I do not see them coming in for him.
In other news, I have news the Clyne will sign his new deal within the next 3 days.#F***OffLiverpool
On the other hand look at it from their point of view, a US international who was a fringe goalkeeper at a PL club available on a free. Worth a look.Poor Bristol.
Well it does to the average fan yes. Lets not pretend that emotion and tribalism (whether silly and violent or tongue in cheek) aren't part of the game/attraction. Heroes and villains and all that. It's all part of the pantomime. At the moment Liverpool are the villains, as Rodgers is a bit of a knob and our hero and captain has followed suit!
