Remember we lost Cork in January and didn't replace him, and if we are in the Europa League then we will need a lot of players. This guy sounds pretty good, but honestly never comes across him before. Trust our judgement though.

Fran mentioned earlier the saga of a certain Uruguay player we signed (cannot bring myself to write his name).
Why do you hate this time of the season? Is it bad thing being linked and talking to good players?

This Uruguayan? Fairly sure I saw him in town Tuesday morning with some guy, but I was too hungover to really look.

I guess l hate all the speculation, its not a criticism of those who post, just that its about who we really get; its frustration with the unknown, l think we have a fantastic recruitment team, but its seems too early to be 'hanging colours to the mast'. It's me, sorry!
We are after and talked to Clasie and Vilhena( I know this as a fact) and seem to be after Gueye. My post wasn't hanging the colours to the mast, it was how our cm would look if we got the players. I see no problem with that.

Clasie really excites me! When he stands outside the Lyndhurst Park Hotel with the shirt - that would be fantastic!!
If we bring in Gueye, Clasie and Vilhena, you know we will be spending big again this summer. I can see as many as 8-9 coming in.
We can afford it. l see today we picked up around 80M if the press are to be believed. With Jay back next year and it we sign Toby, we look strong for top 6.
How many of those players could realistically leave us and land in a better situation? I'd say just one-- Morgan. Who is in fact wanting to leave us. And has been pretty open his entire career that he's using as a stepping stone.
