Perhaps the players being recruited and sent on loan are not good enough, rather than it just being Shola's fault. Like Kuol. Can't get a game in Scotland... Says everything you need to know. Tavernier went and looked like a star player in that league.
You'd like to think all that but nah. Don't get me wrong, some are clearly not that great. McArthur, for example, has been pinned off our stand out with players and can only just get a loan deal to bottom of league 2
Don't hate him at all. Just think he's useless at what he does. You have youngsters from championship clubs going to better clubs then what he finds for our youngsters. It's almost as if he doesn't know what he's doing.
