You obviously have no idea about the subject if you truly believe that, Thatcher's policies led directly to our current situation. She put banks on a bigger power trip than that held by the Unions before she got power. Why Thatcher supporters ignore this is beyond me, she has not only ruined this country but her and friend Regan caused the current world recession THIRTY years later by giving them to much power. Ever since then we have been a one sector economy and that sector constantly threatens to leave if we put a leash around their necks once more.

THAT is Thatcher! The ***** can rot in hell!

You are mistaken, I have never been a thatcher supporter, and never a conservative voter ever! So please don't tag me as a thatcher supporter again ! And put it this way without Reagan and her the world would be a hell of a different place right now.

You are putting the blame for all the country's wrongs on her, that is stupid, we've had a John major government, a Tony Blair government, a Gordon Brown government and a Cameron government since she left power. If her policies were so wrong why haven't they been repealed ?

Frankly despite the world recession (not just uk) we are not in really that bad condition in comparison to some. Many mistakes were made, and many are still being made, but its only with the benefit of hindsight that people look back on!

I have a different philosophy on this probably because I've lived out of the UK long enough to realise that it helps to look at it in a different perspective.

Ash, you can blame that bloody Norway it's his fault. He mentions a bus trip and then spoils it by saying pop and crisps :D:D:D

Really got my hopes up that did ;)

The only way they'll get a minute's silence at Margaret Thatchers funeral, is if they ask the crowd for a minute's applause

"David Cameron has just sent his official letter to the Thatcher residence.

It starts, "I regret to inform you that due to recent events, you now have too many bedrooms" :)

My wife phoned me while I was at work.

"Guess who's dead?" She asked

"I've no idea." I replied

"Just have a guess. I'll give you a clue. You hate her guts and you've been telling everyone you can't wait til she is dead' she said

"Thank **** for that!" I laughed down the phone "We will celebrate when I get home"

Turns out, she wasn't talking about her mother.

FAO Everyone,

Please don't listen to that bloody Neveroffside. He makes me out to be some mad bloody pisshead and nothing could be further from the truth

You'll all miss me when I go away for the weekend :D

Here's one Neveroff told me !!!

I'd jump for joy at Thatchers passing were it not for my fragile bones brought about by a lack of milk as a child.
