Exactly TSS. Minxy and brb spend a lot of time policing some Boards but are very complimentary about ours. Lets hope everyone can put last night behind them and move on. Lets concentrate on Saturday and getting 3 points!

Just have to hope now that the banned actually want to come back and that those who followed them out will return though some of their stated conditions may not be met.

Was the coffee very good?

Mmm, that's a sore point at the moment. A couple of years ago a friend was throwing out a Cubika Gaggia [or Gaggia Cubika, whatever] coffee maker. They are meant to be **** hot, and so I asked why. She said, it's crap, but you can try it if you like. So I took the stainless steel wonder machine away, and have used it on and off [very much off] since then.

And she's right. It is crap. You put in loads of coffee, and the machine jiggles and bubbles, burps and farts, and then it offers up one tiny cup of pretty damn good coffee. The next one immediately after is total weak ****. I'm better off using a plunger cafetiere. So I have this gleaming machine on my counter and it's a load of fuss and bother to get one decent cup out of it. It rattles through coffee like it's going out of fashion too. I used to have one of these traditional Italian jobs. They are excellent. But the naughty aluminium..!

The cup I spurted was a good 'un though. In a way it was a good job it was small. :)
