Without evidence of such I suspect whatever the dispute is, it will be deemed a civil matter.

I was watching videos about last week loss of Fener, there were a slight mention of Tan situation. Very very long video, 2 hours about everything Turkish football, but very basically Acun part can be summarized as below:
Acun was in MKM last Sunday to follow game, received critics from Fener fans and one former influential figure, instead he should be at Fener stadium while team is losing points etc. One of the pundits were defending Acun that situation in Hull requires attention, he had to be there "to tidy up" due to latest incidents, amount of money lost is actually huge.

We've spent recklessly and wasted a lot of money since Acun has bought the club.
He should be here because he's our owner, rather than Fenerbahce where he's just on the board. End of. Unless they're playing and we're not

He'd be perfectly within his rights to devote some time to them, yes, putting Fenerbahce third on his list of priorities. Their fans can **** off even if they are "losing points". I'm sure the rest of their board who don't have other commitments can handle it

The English Football League have moved quickly to replace former Hull City vice-chairman Tan Kesler on its board after confirming Norwich City’s Zoe Webber as the Championship representative.
Kesler vacated his role on the EFL board immediately after he departed the MKM Stadium earlier this month, bringing an end to his near-three-year spell at City, having joined with Acun Ilicali when he completed his takeover in January 2022.

Bad move, get someone in who’s ran a football club before, Hull FC promoted someone beyond their means to run the club and years later they still haven’t recovered.
I suspect there is less to this story than meets the eye.....
