in the 60s we were mad for lee rider jeans had to be made in america though.

lee cooper were really ****e.

i still got me lee rider jacket which is almost white now

Lee still make the best classic denim jacket, the design has remained unchanged since the early 30's.

It's been a long time since they made anything in America.

Almost the same.

Wearing a suit at work would get me strange looks unless meeting specific clients. Our policy is smart casual, so chinos are the best option with a jacket, shirt, shoes and definitely no tie.

No way in hell would I wear cords.

Gay fad PLT? lol that says more about you than anyone wearing chinos.

The top knots are not a gay thing either btw, they're a dickhead thing.
Eh Levi's Black Cords, often wear em. Class. Plus if youre up a mountain, i'll survive and the ****ers in jeans wont. FACT

Iv got 2 levi Jackets...Both covered in scooter rally patches..usually wear my harrington or old sheepskin coat i got for free from millets the day wolfie got a free afgan coat from millets.....it ****ing stunk.
( his afgan )

They're not the same, they're nasty looking things with white stitching, I suspect they're buying them from a licensee in a cheap market, probably Mexico.

Even the Levi's badge is peeling off, looks like a sheet of brown paper. I have a few pairs of Levi's, that badge is printed on a thick slab of leather.

Ebay is good for old levis Mr Hat

I bought one bit of clothing off ebay as a bit of an experiment. An Armani Jeans t-shirt. It was the most horrible obviously fake piece of **** I'd ever had the misfortune to lay eyes upon.

It never even left the bag <laugh>

Levis used to be a bit racist, if you find an original pair of vintage ones they say 'Made In The USA By An All-White Workforce' on the care label.

If anyone needs denim repairing I can highly recommend the denim doctor in Manchester. His repair work is outstanding, he'll even repair stuff that looks completely unrepairable. Though he probably wouldn't bother with inferior stuff, like Lee. <ok><ok>
