Нападающий Назарий Русин пока не может въехать в Англию.
Форвард перешел из Зари в Сандерленд. Впрочем, пока ждет визу и разрешение въехать в Англию.
Более того, он не подписывал контракт с британским клубом. За него это сделал его представитель.
Ожидается, что игрок приедет в Англию на следующей неделе. Сейчас Назарий вернулся в Украину.
А вот медосмотр для команды Русин проводил во Франции.

The forward moved from Zarya to Sunderland. However, he is still waiting for a visa and permission to enter England.
Moreover, he did not sign a contract with a British club. His representative did it for him .
The player is expected to arrive in England next week. Now Nazariy has returned to Ukraine.
But Rusyn conducted a medical examination for the team in France.

I would assume if he hasn't signed a contract there is no transfer
his representatives have signed it for him in his behalf , it says it’s right there
yes but if he hasn't signed it, surely it must be the player who signs a contract to make it legal or he could say he knew nothing about it

If the player has a power of attorney agreement, with his agent, it's perfectly legal ...
... especially as the situation in the Ukraine makes things so difficult.
Club have spent months trying to sign him, including, I presume, ensuring that he can leave Ukraine (Ukraine draft, stopping men of fighting age leaving the country) and would have lawyers on this since the beginning.
I doubt they'd not check, if this is true, that his representative could sign on his behalf or not. Stupider things have happened in the world,but I'm certain the club have this covered
Our deal for one Ricky Alvarez being an example of stupid things happening to football clubs. Hopefully we are more professional than that these days.

If Donald and Methven were still in charge I'd be worried. Under current ownership, I'm 100% confident every possible issue will have been considered and it will all be sorted without any problems.
