please let us sign a striker tomorrow
Watch Stewart go and the only striker in is Rusyn.

It all seems a bit late in the day to risk it, hopefully they have it all lined up.
if that happens it a massive failure and Speakman will deserve all the crap he get

Looking like we are going to be ****ed over last day of the window again and the same ****e excuses will be given for not having replacements.
It’s like they are doing this on purpose hoping the kids they have brought in early doors will do a job and keep the fans onside and buying tickets.
It’s the model I think.
Buy young, bring them on then sell is the model. But weren’t we supposed to get back to the premiership before the model started?

Dont take this the wrong way lads, but this is probably the best sign we are a serious football club again. Clubs with money wanting our players, clubs that arent Shrewsbury (no disrespect). I am quite excited by it all, to be frank.

I dont agree om Gooch going. I dont want to see Roberts go. I would have liked to watch Stewart again. But look, non of them are irreplacable, at all. So what is our incomings looking like? Lets wait and see eh.

Got to wonder on Roberts. I wonder if the club have a plan. This Southampton thing is out of the blue, but my guess it may have come up in the Stewart discussions. Maybe there is a deal to be had, and off the record conversations have set this up. If so we will have someone in mind, and maybe that somebody will be better. Maybe that somebody is currently getting close to fitness by his fireside in Manchester telling Mowbray yes, see you tomorrow. Maybe Rigg is in his ear saying I am your man. I am going to live in hope, not pessimism. Tony was spot on today, the king is dead, long live new ones.

Ok good luck to the lad. Played well for us
Hope he gets over his injury and does well

this is the way of things with teams with good players they move on. It’s just we are not used to it

Let’s
Move on and get some bodies on to replace him.

This all day. I'm attached to none of them. Will we reinvest all of the money? Probably not, but we move on.

One of the biggest/most significant transfer deals in PL history was done on the off chance. Leeds phoned Man Utd to enquire about Denis Irwin. Fergie got wind of it and told Martin Edwards to ask about Cantona. The rest is history
