My mate, involved on the agent side, been messaging me tonight re a round of golf. He is an arse by the way
He said 10 mins ago do I want to know anything about Stewart or Sunderland. I said go on then if you know anything and he just laughed and told me to hang tight. Called him a twat, in a nice way, and he said in all honesty it is utter chaos at the minute, worse than most windows, but we are being mentioned on the sales and buy side. No solid infor re us in his organisations, but we are really active.
I will smash him at golf as a result now. Idiot.

I was playing golf last summer with my boss eat Richmond. Hit a long iron into the 11th and it is going wide of the green then all of a sudden this old bloke pops out from nee where behind a bush, I shout fore loud but late , he turns round to look and it smacks him in the chest.
I am thinking ****, he’s old. My boss is panicking as turns out he was walking from 11th green to 12th tee ( I didn’t know). I go up and apologise hoping he ain’t hurt and realise it is james Bolam. He took it rather well
If it was Robson Green I would have been smashing driver at him on the par three 12th
I saw Keith Lemon in Zara, Covent Garden a couple weeks back like. He actually walks around wearing that oversized cowboy hat in his spare time. Must be absolutely desperate for attention.
