a big problem for some fans as-well is the club keeps everything so tight nit now you hardly here anything until it's done, some fans think because of nothing in the press the club aren't trying, where to be honest the way it runs now i wouldn't be shocked if one was just announced out the blue
True. I remember back in the Drumaville days, Stephen Elliot used to post on RTG and gave the lines ups every Friday night :emoticon-0140-rofl:

Are you trying to tell me they are happy with that and still keep giving their best. If you believe that you are in cuckoo land, there are times when it pays to keep your trap shut if you are putting your company first.
Absolute horseshit. So we say nothing until the end of the season and just drop the bombshell after the last game? Great management that..... Or, perhaps, and more likely, he's got his agent to sound out about an extension. What do we say then? "Yeah sure, 3 years you say? Sounds good to us" before telling him to do one at the end of the season? Or do we tell him the truth, be upfront and let him make alternative arrangements if it's preference? Put your brain into gear man.

Said all along - I'll reserve judgement until 1st Sept, but it's ok to express concern in the meantime.
Of course it is mate, that's the problem we all have, we can only go off what is happening that we can see, if we could see inside the board room and the negotiating table we may all be a little more at ease, unfortunately the shortcomings of a striker in January hasn't helped, maybe just the optimistic in me that believes they'll get it spot on this time, they didn't do too bad last year even with a couple of errors

you probably pushing the 15m mark for archer t

i agree with that, but now a chunk of the fan base are now saying KLD is no better the SD and co, this is some of the biggest melt down i've seen in a long time, scared to see what it's like tomorrow if we get beat

It's only people on message boards I imagine . Of the forty thousand or so who turn up, a tiny proportion use them. And only a proportion of them are panicking. And a good proportion of THEM are just venting off.

21 games in 2 years for Benfica B. If you want to class what is essentially a youth setup as "senior football" then go ahead

I’m hoping you quoted the wrong poster TC, it was a stupid ****ing question alright

Can’t be arsed to go back through the comments because it looks like there’s still no news on the transfer front but just on what’s been quoted here, Benfica B play in the 2nd tier of Portuguese football so it’s not youth football. Might not be as strong as the championship but it’s playing against blokes not boys.

When you say "the club,"; aren't you referring to Lord Mediocre and Golden Boy? One is a sports management drop-out, and the other graduated with a sports management degree from the 50th-ranked uni in the UK. In the US, sports management is the major of choice for athletes that don't want to prioritize academics.

I'm always happy to give a proper explanation to anyone I respect, so ....

Forums are like mini avalanches ...

... rumours, meltdowns and everything in between gathers momentum and people become hysterical over very little.

Again, not sure why I was quoted
