Me too Teenage mutant ninja Turtle looking little nob. Class player though.

The Saudis are totally ruining football and showing which players have morals and ambition and which players are greedy and have zero ambitions.
I’m actually pleased about it, it gets rid of all the two faced twats out of our country and leaves us with honest players with morals who want to play competitive football. Good riddance to the bastards.

Apart from the ones that sign for The Mags you mean. They'll still be here.

If that is 100% accurate I see him moving on. If Jack fancies it then at some point the deal gets done in my opinion.
Not for 10m it doesn't surely.
Taking the ****ing piss Burnley mind.
What they going to do? Come back with another bid next week of 10.5m? Then the week after 11m? If that's their crack just tell them to piss off.

Premier league football, higher wages, playing for a team that play good football under a manager that is clearly going places. It would be a good move for him

No dont agree mate, i wouldn't want to play in that tin pot stadium with 50% less fans than hes currently playing at home infront of.
Patience is a virtue, he'll be in the Premiership one day but he should learn from his time with Spurs. Hes only been playing regular football for 2 years now after spending most his time in their U23s. Lets see how good Burnleys football is against superior players next season. I expect them to come straight back down.

Not for me either. But I would say a 4th bid suggests they know the player will move if they agree the deal with a club. I wouldnt be surprised to see us settling around £12/£13m with add ons to £15m, if they know Clarke fancies the move. It is one thing having a strict valuation on a player, quite another standing in his way and unsettling them. There is an argument that we need to show young talent we wont stand in their way if their development ia faster than ours, hell of a recruitment plus in our favour when talking to excellent young talent.

Keef now reporting about another bid for Clarke.

So many ****ing saudis commenting on the story, They can't enjoy their own club's relative success, they HAVE to latch on to any story about us and mention "small club" "Sunderland is a dump" "chessy chips"

If what is 100% accurate? That Burnley have made a bid? Why would that mean he will move on? confused.com
It also says Clarke is aware of big interest in him from Kompany and keen to play premier league football.

That is the bit that makes me think this might be a bit closer to happening.

Doesn’t matter how much of a prick Mbappe is, he is comprehensively the most valuable player in the world.

That is beyond question.

If he goes I see it being a side step to avoid sitting out a season at PSG, they talking a 2 year deal he be free to go to Madrid aged 25 with a billion in the bank.

Madness.

Clarke won't be leaving unless his valuation is met which, no club have been close to hitting. Clarke is happy here and the club have been constantly reviewing the situation and are keen for him to sign fresh terms to show how much they appreciate him.

Of course if a massive bid comes out of the blue, it all changes but at the moment , no club is close.
I think this is just a re-hashing of the original story from weeks ago saying 10 million instead of 9 million, maybe they have come back but to say the player is disgruntled 2-3 weeks after his agent stated publicly that he is happy and enjoying his football is lazy journalism and looking for clicks IMO

2+2=5

Story 1 - He's aware of Kompany's interest
Story 2- Jack Clarke wants to play in the PL

Keef is being deliberately ambiguous by not stating Clarke wants to join Burnley, or "play in the PL this season"

Everyone jumping on at being negative as usual. Clarke has stated he's happy here. Various sources say a new contract is in the offing and as other have rightly stated - we could quite feasibly swap places with Burnley in May

Now, if Brighton or Spurs came in with £25m bid then it's another story IMHO

Stadium size and size of fanbase mean absolutely nothing in football.
