Striker who runs in behind but could play wide left, No 10 to replace Amad, defensive midfielder
But then depends who goes

Sounds good. Beneficial to both club and player.I am not 100% on this, I dont get involved in this with players. I think though a lot is done online these days. They have assessments and topics to cover, and there are reviews of progress. I would imagine most of it will therefore be in the academy and a lot is structured around them following their clubs training programme through a season. I would imagine the UEFA coaching course is at the academy as well, arranged around training. If they do higher level quals then some of that will be away at a local college. Provision is made for those wanting to do A levels alongside this I think.
Edit just to add I think clubs are given content to go through with their apprentices. Things like nutrition for example.
I will ask exactly how this works and put some details up. Like I say I might be off the mark a bit.
Got you. Sorry to be a pedant - my missus is a teacher and I know the minute how long until she and the kids break upI meant this school year just finishing, sorry in my head the school year had finished (which I know it hadn’t as my wife is a teacher). I meant he’s going into “6th form” level in September for this season
Pritchard, Gooch, BassSo if we got to make space for new players to come in, Who would u be happy to let go?
Agree with the CDM n striker, think another option upfront is key as well - especially with 9 subs, be great to have 2 strikers on the bench.Pritchard, Gooch, Bass
GK: Patterson, New Keeper
RB: Hume, Huggins
CB: Ballard, Seelt
CB: Batth, O'Nien, Triantis
LB: Cirkin, Alese
CDM: Evans, Ekwah
CM: Neil, Bellingham
RW: Roberts, Lihadji
CAM: Embleton, New Player
LW: Clarke, Bennette
CF: Stewart, Hemir, New Player
If push came to shove
Think we absolutely need a CDM and a striker. Anything else is nice to have
I’d like another winger as I’m not convinced by Bennette and Lihadji (that isn’t writing them off - more I don’t know how ready they are)
